What should I know about this?

If you’re new to Pilates, or even if you’re a seasoned pro, there are a few things you should know before signing up for a class.

Classes are held at the Reigate Park Fitness Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30-19:30. The cost is £12 per session or £60 for a block of six sessions.

You will need to bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily. Pilates is typically done barefoot, so please leave your shoes at the door.
Before your first class, it’s important to fill out a health questionnaire. This will help your instructor understand any injuries or conditions that could impact your practice.
